Flow is operated by PLLAR, an unincorporated software business based in the United States. By using Flow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for the content you create in Flow, including Held thoughts, journal entries, and Flow AI conversations. Flow is a personal tool — use it for yourself, not to impersonate others.

Flow AI can help you think through worries, decisions, recurring thoughts, and possible next steps. Its responses may be incomplete or wrong. Flow is not medical care, emergency support, or legal or financial advice. Always use your own judgment.

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or use Flow to harass, defraud, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Flow is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Weather and AI features depend on third-party services.

The current beta is free and invite-only. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we test reliability. We will not charge you without presenting separate, clear purchase terms and obtaining your consent.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted in-app with a 7-day notice before taking effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow and its team are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.

Keep your password private. Password changes, resets, account deletion, and operator force-logout actions revoke active Flow sessions. You may export or delete your account from Settings.
